Group Training

M45 Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-16 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members.

 

We tone muscle, and boost your resting metabolism, so you continue burning calories after the class is over. We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent.

Some clients combine Group training with private sessions. This provides a nice variety of training, you still get the benefits of working with a coach, and you’ll allow your budget to stretch a bit further.

We will check on you, text you and do everything we can, but eat for you to make sure you dial in this ever-critical aspect of your fitness program.

  • What foods you should NEVER eat.

  • What supplements can help you with sustained energy, vitality, and recovery

  • Suggestions for eating well when traveling or when you are on the road.

Monday: 9:00-9:45 am / 6:15-7:00 pm

Tuesday: 515am

Wednesday: 9:00-8:45 am & 6:15 - 7:00 pm

Thursday: 515am - 6am / 6:00 - 6:45 pm 

Friday: 9:00-9:45 am & 5:30 - 6:15 pm

 

Saturday: 9:00-10:00 am
