We currently offer 45-minute and 30 minute coaching sessions. This is great for those just beginning and severely de-conditioned, time-crunched folks trying to squeeze in great workouts, or those that just want to get a jump-start on their fitness and want to combine the benefits of having a coach along with doing some “extra” work on their own.
